About the Space

Our studio is a historical, magical landmark Warehouse space located in the Earth of Chinatown historical park, minutes from DTLA. Allowing the large industrial gate to let in an optimal amount of natural light and sweeping view of the DTLA cityscape. The gate opens entirely allowing cars, bikes or large equipments to be used inside the Photostudio! Spacious space up to 6,000 sq.ft, with 20ft Cyc wall. Brick walls and rustic floors. Open Space with a a film stage and a photo studio, Design Studio, and much more. Chairs are in every room, tables, computers, printer, boards and much more is available for events. Features lots of daylight, large cyc wall, vanity mirrors for make up, private changing rooms and plenty of wardrobe racks. Included are two Alien Bees B800s, trigger, light stands, and backdrop stands. Second floor available open space, warehouse view from the top. There is vintage and modern furniture and different chairs, which can be easily moved around. A 3.1cu. ft mini fridge to keep your food and drinks cold and private kitchen . There are two private restrooms. Available Wardrobe Collection of over 20,000 pieces, Designer Collections, Accessories, Shoes (available in different sizes), Showroom collections from all over the world! Design Studio & Pr company. Different stages to choose from. Free parking, comfortably fit many people, lots of space and with the booking available 6,000 sqf to use.

All rentals include setup and breakdown time. if you'd like to extend the shoot time, just contact to ensure the space is still available. We will be charging after the hours booked. You can use chairs, racks, hangers, but return after using or a penalty fee might be charged at the end. Lighting equipment, production supplies and props are included in rental price, renter agrees to leave the Premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. Company will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. Renter must discard larger items, such as props and set pieces, in the metal disposal bin behind the studio. Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets may also accrue additional costs. Wardrobe is not included in the price. **Wardrobe will be available at additional rate consult with the Host we have a Collection room, vintage, denim, shoes, accessories and much more** No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the studio. Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. Outside Shooting is very limited to a Crue of few people. No eating outside or drinking, please follow the signs inside the warehouse, make up room, bathrooms, kitchen etc. Paper Backdrops: Three default colors (White, Grey and Black) and the first color backdrop’s installations are FREE! Additional color backdrops are just $10/installation. All backdrops are $4.99 per damaged foot. Max people allowed at the time 10, any additional person will be charged, we have space up to 20. Keep it quite when arriving at the location, once inside the location always keep front door lock. Underaged will be admitted only with adult permit. Renter is solely responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects are of legal age. Company has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the renter’s activities but reserves the right to demand proof of parental consent. When renting the wardrobe please return all at the end of the event in the same conditions rented, do now use any of the wardrobe or accessories in the warehouse with out consulting or renting with the host first, penalty fees might be charged if items are removed from the racks or from the displays, no wardrobe can be touched with out permission. $500 Penalty fee might occur. (all penalty fees are $500 if rules are not respected). A Walk through will be done at the beginning and end. Enjoy!!!
