All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The studio is a fully customizable studio space in the centrally located neighborhood of River West, Chicago that includes a full kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer. Complete with multiple color sweeps, Profoto Lighting and ample space for full portrait shots, our studio can accommodate almost any photo or video need. Our lights operate using a full Philips Hue Lighting system to provide clients with virtually any color-scape imaginable, all controlled with an iPad. We also have multiple office configurations that can be set to allow for a full team to collaborate your next big project. When you are ready to present, you can show off work using our 5,000 lumen projector. There are also three fully equipped work stations that allow you to use your own laptop and two state of the art computer stations (PC+Mac) loaded with full Adobe Suites for real-time, on-site editing. A final station with a full Pioneer CDJ/DJM set-up is also available adjacent from the fully equipped mini-bar, if you are looking to unwind after a long day of work. All this can reached less than five minutes from downtown and using free street parking directly in front of the studio.

General Rules
The studio is a Smoke-Free Environment. We are pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly. We are happy to make almost any accommodations but please feel free to ask if something is not listed.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
