Bright, brand new art/studio space. Perfect for meetings, classes, yoga, movement, castings, writing workshops, improv, auditioning, rehearsals and more. Seats up to 40 people comfortably. Located in the heart of Hollywood near Milk Studios and Theatre Row on Santa Monica Blvd.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
The space worked perfectly for what we needed. Employees were helpful and attentive. Only complaint is that it can get loud outside (loud voices/yelling) which you can hear in the space you rent.

Tyler was super responsive and helpful. The space was exactly as it looks in the photos. Really clean, open and worked out great. My biz partner and I hosted a branding workshop for musicians in this space and it worked out great! Parking on the street was a little tricky so that's the only thing to note. Staff was really friendly and great as well.
