We welcome you to your space where we can help transform our space into your environment. From setup to technology, allow us to make your vision come true. We have the resources to help make your next event a success! This place counts with a projector, a 9X4 FT white board, accommodates approximately 15-20 people and has a sound system, great for workshops, conferences, YOU CAN EVEN SHOOT A VIDEO, we have a on site tech. We give you the freedom to arrange the space however you like for your small events. We accommodate space rentals hourly, daily, or monthly access depending on what your event requires. BOOK NOW! Price: Monday - Friday $50/Hr Saturday-Sunday $75/Hr Additional Fees: Projector/DVD: $30 NOTE: Minimum 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
