Gorgeous single story modern home with an open floor plan, exposed concrete beam ceilings, and large windows for tons of natural, indirect light. Huge kitchen with 14 foot marble island and oversized dining room with 16 foot hide-away sliding glass door. - 4 br/4ba - 2 living areas - 3200 sq ft. - Outdoor shower - *New* outdoor kitchen with grill - In-ground trampoline - 2 car carport Large half-acre lot with sprawling oak trees. Extra wide street with plenty of room for trucks in a film-friendly neighborhood. Our home gets great feedback from photographers and directors for its great lighting and versatility. It has been used by Design Within Reach, West Elm, Four Hands Furniture, Bank of America, Kendra Scott, Levi's, LG, Dell, The Citizenry and more. **We have a strict 10 hour minimum for rentals. Sorry but since this is our family home we cannot accommodate shorter rentals.**

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
