All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Work hard and play hard in our new modern meeting space, designed to support creativity and collaboration. This very grown-up 1200 square foot space is a perfect setting for off-sites, meetings, team-building activities and social events, and we offer multiple configurations to suit a variety of needs. The room includes small breakout areas with comfortable couches and chairs, as well as a kitchenette. Our staff can facilitate an ice breaker or other activity for your group (additional fee applies), or enjoy dining and entertainment at Navy Pier following your meeting. Standard layouts: Conference style – seats up to 24 Classroom style – seats up to 30 Theater – seats up to 40 Flexible tables and chairs make a variety of configurations possible Amenities: Large TV monitor AV hookups Podium with microphone Conference phone Assistive listening devices Wifi Mobile whiteboards Breakout areas Kitchenette with refrigerator and Keurig Ample parking, dedicated Uber and Lyft stops, and multiple bus routes

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
