About the Space
Modern sunny beach bungalow's fabulous rooftop deck that is partially covered & a great location for reunions, graduations and small weddings! Just steps to world famous Windansea Beach, with great surfing, cool breezes and amazing sunsets. The deck is about 450 sq. ft. and seats as little as 2 all the way to 25 - 30 people. If standing room is what you are looking for even more! Full service bar tending and catering available, or you are welcome to rent the space and provide you own. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Anne's space was amazing! It was so cute and well kept, and Anne was awesome! She was so accommodating from the beginning with me trying to plan my event from the opposite coast. We video chatted and emailed and texted! She was very responsive. She went above and beyond to help me plan the event and contribute some of her own items to complete the vision. When I finally got to meet her in person she was very welcoming and walked me through the space and how it would look the day of with furniture moved around, etc. The day of was perfect and the space was great! She also helped with the set up and take down. Would 100% recommended her space!

The space was absolutely gorgeous and Anne was an amazing host! We were hosting a mini Prom event for my daughter and some of her close friends. Anne was very responsive, and was in contact immediately, ready to help us plan out how to best use the space. She went out of her way to find decorations, and even printed out custom signs in the school’s colors! She was quick in responding to any questions we had, and went above and beyond in helping us plan. The space was beautiful, even better than we could have hoped, and worked perfectly for the event. They had an amazing time, and we are so grateful to Anne for all her help! The event turned out better than I could have hoped, and we will definitely be coming back when planning another event!

Oh my goodness! We can’t say enough good things about this space and Anne and Morgan! We booked this space for our small wedding reception and it was a breeze. Anne answered all my questions and went above and beyond with her services and decorations. We were so in love with the bohemian theme she made for us and the view was amazing. And all my guests love the food and the cake by Morgan! It’s definitely something out of my dream and if you’re thinking about booking this space for any event, just do it!

Anne’s rooftop location was absolutely perfect to hold our small wedding party. She was great to work with, communicated regularly, and truly provided an awesome experience from booking to the day of the party. We got her bartending package which was a hit at our party, making great drinks all night! The location near windnsea beach was also a huge plus to take pics with my wife and our guests before walking to the rooftop. My wife and I highly recommend Anne’s rooftop location for your future party needs!

From the beginning Anne was friendly, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to make our special day everything we hoped it would be. We used Anne's party planning, hosting, and bartending services in addition to the rental. Anne and her business partner Morgan, were a dream team whose laid back, willing to handle anything, and positive attitudes were such a comfort during such a stressful time. Our guests couldn't say enough positive things about Anne and Morgan (definitely hire Morgan for her bartending skills - we were beyond impressed!) who made our night everything we could hoped it could be.
