Looking for space for your next special event? Our space has the ability to morph into whatever you need. PLEASE, NO WEDDINGS. Seated Capacity = 250 (seats and stage only) Standing Capacity = 300 We attract all types of events and have everything you need in house at our location. Just minutes from Top Golf and Atlantic Station. The price listed is for space only. Chairs, tables, linen, a/v technician, security, speakers, mics, and stage are at an additional cost UNLESS YOU OPT FOR ONE OF OUR PACKAGES. SEVERAL PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE. Events: (OUR IN HOUSE INVENTORY INCLUDES:) * dance floors * lighting * LED furniture * Lounge furniture * Bars * Stage sets * Backdrops * An extensive list of themed props, stage props, movie props, theatre props, trade show booth and party props * Pipe and Drape * A/V Equipment * Staging * Tables * Chairs / Throne chairs *Accent decor * Concessions * Games Outside space: Spacious enough to create both an indoor/outdoor experience for day or night events • - No smoking. • - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. • - Trash bins are inside and outside of the space and trash should be placed inside. • - There is a catering buy out fee. • - Guests must provide valid permits for all vendors. • - The space will be set for you upon arrival and you are allowed a 60-minute grace period. If you should need additional time, please inquire Event rates are $195 an hour: (4 hour minimum) (PRICING IS INCREASED DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.... Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
