PRICE NOTE: WEEKENDS: $300 PER HOUR / HOLIDAYS, SEPTEMBER, FEBRUARY: $350 PER HOUR !!! This fine seminars/events/presentations/shows venue is suitable for groups of up to 180 people (150 Seated without tables) and is fit for the purpose of presentations and company gatherings. Chairs and tables are provided free as per your desired Event Layout; Available, an integrated 8-projector system for all-around displays, controllable from your laptop and ready for your impressive presentation or backdrop ambience. Video live streaming available; Exclusive access to a Guest Lounge, coat check, and appointed bathrooms. Catering Available Technical support for IT /video/audio can be provided during the event for an additional fee. Located on 7 Avenue, between 35 and 36 Streets. Ideally accessible by all major transportation Walking distance to Penn-Station, Port Authority, Grand Central and everything Midtown Manhattan
OVERTIME The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING Guest are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. The rental fee includes everything but cleaning. Cleaning is an additional $100 or $150 if there is food/drink being served. MISCELLANEOUS Upon agreement, we reserve the right to use video material on our channel for our advertisement purposes. For security purposes, we will appreciate to have the attendees' list a day prior to the event. There is no smoking, no open flame or frying or any cooking allowed in the space. Catering is allowed on site. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
