Bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, and private office space on-site. Driveway attached to the space means easy load-in and load out with extra-wide garage doors. Central air and heating equipped. Digital projector also available for additional fee. Portable walls can be utilized for photo/video shoots. Capacity is 35 people maximum. Enough space in driveway for a food truck to comfortably fit. Ping Pong and Cornhole included! Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great location, great private venue. Everything on the listing was there as advertised. Good enough for 50-60 guests. Really great for small venues. We had food catered, bar which my team managed, DJ and dancing. Only downside is only 1 unisex restroom. Also they do have that “ mandatory” site coordinator. Which you will have to pay extra for. We had our own team who moved quickly and in sync of what we wanted to have for the party. Aside from the SC telling you the music is too loud before the quite time. You don’t need a site coordinator.
