Historic original brick and a timber bow truss ceiling create a unique vibe for your ceremony & reception. The Warehouse, 1,800 sq.ft., continues with original brick & 4 sky lights, featuring a unique garage door to our alley; perfect for a food truck, taqueria or outdoor experience. Enjoy the 225 sq.ft. conference room/green room equipped with mini fridge, mirrors w/ room to prep & chill. Rent the entire building for a large event of 75 people or more. Rates include tables, chairs, lounge seating, unique vintage pieces.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We hosted a Cooking with Concentrates event last evening and it was fantastic! The venue is warm, inviting, yet open and fresh. A really beautiful venue with incredibly convenient parking. They worked with us to make sure we had a coffee/tea vendor within our price range, helped us set up our AV, and took care of all furniture set up and tear down. Really solid experience!
