[ PRICING ] — Rental rates are customized for production size. Max group size is 125. For cast/crew size of 30 OR LESS: • Half-day [6 hr access]: $300/hr • Full-day [12 hr access]: $250/hr • Multi-day: reduced rates apply for prep & hold-days. Please inquire for custom quote. LARGER GROUP SIZES — please send inquiry to receive a custom offer & include: *Total # of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Hours needed: please provide details on load-in / hold / prep time or days. Fees may apply depending on size/length of production: • Professional Cleaning fee • Private Lot buyout • Site Manager full day fee _______________________________________________________ [ STUDIO POLICIES ] — Be respectable & have fun! RENTAL TIME — All booking times must include setup & strike time, please account for that in your reservation. If your production runs past the booked time frame, overtime rates will apply per Peerspace policy. INSURANCE — As with any location, proper insurance, film permits, & licensing should be obtained for productions that require them. FREIGHT — freight elevator is for loading & unloading of furniture, equipment, etc and is not a passenger elevator (sorry I know it's super cool). DAMAGE — A walk-through is required after all bookings. Please inform the site manager if anything is damaged during rental. Security deposit may be requested for multi-day productions. NO SMOKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES — Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. An outdoor courtyard is available downstairs. Use of illegal substances in the studio is strictly prohibited. FINAL NOTES — Please have proper staffing to ensure a safe, tidy & positive rental experience. Furniture & space can be staged to your liking, but please keep the space clean & return the studio to original setting prior to your departure. Thanks - we look forward to having you here!
