About the Space

A nearly 1200sqft photography and videography studio located in the heart of the South Bay, less than one mile from Redondo Beach Pier and only 20mins from LAX. This is a perfect location for photography of all kinds (Family photography, product shots, portraits, corporate, models, greenscreen, etc.), gym/yoga tutorials and of course corporate videos, social media videos and student films! STUDIO OVERVIEW - Large photography working space - Conference area with large table and 6 chairs - Working space with desks (located in separate room from principal production area) - Private restroom - Large workbench - Large garage doors for easy load in/out of equipment - Hollywood style makeup mirror with lights - High speed fiber optic Wi-FI With multiple food options across the street and also an area for craft services at the studio - lunch is no problem and will not bite into your production time. INCLUDED EQUIPMENT Available for photography usage at no additional charge: Backdrop Stand Colored backdrops Fabric backdrops in black, white and green screen (may require steaming) Lighting equipment is available for additional rental. ADDITIONAL SERVICES As a production company, we are also happy to provide and source lighting and other production equipment and experienced crew for an additional charge. If you require somebody to be at the facility for support during your production this can be arranged for a nominal fee.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Another great photo shoot at Cateye studio. Jenny was very helpful. Client wanted a black background. And contacted her and she had a black 12x10 black fabric that worked out perfectly. Client was very pleased. A very nice go to studio in the Southbay. So close to the beach so the weather was very cool during this hot August weather.

Once again another great shoot at Cat Eye Studio. Client was very happy. Jenny and her team was amazing. Great studio in the Southbay. Ocean breeze, easy parking, and places near by for catering. I think this was the 3rd or 4th time I've used the studio.

This was the perfect little studio! We had a small video shoot and this had everything we needed. It was nice and open and having the garage doors made load in VERY easy. Communication with the host was great and we had all of the information we needed. We will definitely book again.

Cat Eye Studio and Jenny were great. Returning client was again very happy. Shoot went great. Nice to be by the beach and enjoy the cooler weather. Studio was easy to offload gear and load up with the 3 garage doors and drive next to it. Will book again.
