Pricing: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: $150 per hour (2 hour minimum) Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm: $150 per hour (4 hour minimum) Saturday & Sunday: $1,150 for 4 hours, $1,725 for 8 hours Please note there is a $1,150 minimum for weekends. Features: - Floor to ceiling windows with a nature view - Whiteboard - Screen, HDMI cord, and converters to connect to most laptop devices - A mother’s room and two restrooms - A community kitchen equipped with a Bevi machine and refrigerator - ADA lift - Parking available in lot (first come, first served) For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - After hours in-house coffee and tea services available upon request $2/head An on-site manager is available in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. Capacity: Seats 15 at the table and additional 10-15 around the perimeter if table space is not required. Conference room table can be slid to the side to increase open floor space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
