About the Space

This is a beautiful 3,800 square foot split level studio and multi-purpose space with white walls and 24 ft high ceilings in the heart of the DTLA Arts District. There are industrial windows on the first floor and mezzanine level that let in lots of natural light. The entrance is located on the first floor with easy street access. There is a bathroom, kitchen, with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave and water cooler. In addition to the studio there is a reception area, conference room and 2 living rooms. The studio is fully equipped with two AC's and power outlets on every wall. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, convent stores, all within walking distance. The studio holds 25 - 50 comfortably -- however, during COVID-19 no more than 10 guests allowed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Pascal was a fantastic host and the space could not have been more perfect for our company holiday party! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Pascal even lit some candles for us and it really set a wonderful mood for our event. I highly recommend booking this space and working with Pascal! :)

Yes, I would book again.

Pascal was absolutely amazing! The loft was beautifully decorated for the holidays so there wasn't much that we needed to do to spruce up the space. He had everything prepared for us and even accommodated our taco vendor who came a bit earlier than we anticipated. He had great communication and we even had a FaceTime call so he could show me the space before booking it. The team had an amazing time and we would definitely book the loft again.

Pascal and his wife were such amazing hosts. As a student filmmaker, it was really cool getting to hear about their experiences and meet them personally, which was a first with a location owner for me on this site! I felt so welcome and so taken care of, I can't recommend them enough!! I hope I can come back another time in the near future. Thank you both so so much again!! :)

Pascal was an AMAZING host! The place is gorgeous and spacious. I hosted my Company's Thanksgiving dinner for about 30 folks and the space was perfect! Thank you so much Pascal for your great hospitality! I will surely book again soon!
