Looking to host your creative event in a creative space. Gorgeous trendy art gallery space with high ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors, white walls with some exposed brick walls and two charming old fireplaces. The atmosphere and charm of the space does not require much to make it your own. Create your own luxurious elegant atmosphere and wow your guest for your special occasion. The space can accommodate any event from a special date night for 2 or an elegant cocktail party for 90 guests. The gallery comes with 2 bathrooms (one is ADA accessible) and a coat closet. Over the last year, we've hosted bridal showers, baby showers, graduations, birthday parties, corporate events, wedding anniversaries, holiday parties and a very special intimate/romantic Christmas theme wedding! We enjoyed hosting these events and look forward to hosting your special events! The space comes with 60 gold chiavari chais, 4 round 60 inch tables and 4 retangular 8ft tables for a seated event. For a coctail event you get 5 bar height 32 inch tables or 5 regular height 32 inch tables. TABLES and GOLD CHIAVARI CHAIRS, ARE FREE WITH YOUR BOOKING. TABLE LINEN( ONLY WITH PAID PARTY SETUP ADD ON) In addition, your guests have use of a love seat, tufted ottoman, 2 benches and two end tables. Easy access to public transportation and lots of free on street parking within a 2 block radius. The gallery is 1400 square feet and it accommodates 60 sitting and 90 standing. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. My guests can’t stop raving about how much they enjoyed my dinner party at the gallery! The space was immaculate, well lit and beautifully decorated with an impressive display of art work on the walls. It was so easy and comfortable working with the owner Laura because she was friendly, available, attentive and responsive to our every need. I’m looking forward to holding another event here, especially during the warmer weather, when we can enjoy the beautiful backyard patio.

Laura made this day a complete disaster. The constant complaining and micromanaging made me and my guest very uncomfortable. She even tried getting into an argument with my guest, like the nerve. We used the set up time, but our setting up ran into the event time but who cares it was still time we paid for. She sat in the front of the space the entire event with a screwed up face that immediately made my guest uncomfortable when they walked in because they did not know who she was but could sense the negativity. Our event ended at 7 then we hand a break down time until 8. We finished cleaning up everything spotless at 7:12 and we were waiting for someone to pick up the chair we rented. She started complaining that the “chair needs to come out” and it wasn’t even 7:30 yet, like really..... we had until 8 to be gone. She was just very rude and uptight the entire event and we stayed within the time we paid for. Then she had the nerve to act like she did me a favor by renting the venue to me, just very distasteful and her husband is worse.

Miss Laura's Gallery space was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for. It was emmaculate and did not disappoint, everyone who stepped in had the same "wowed" reaction. The high ceilings, wooden floors, and electric art came together perfectly to create a great experience. There was plenty of space for us to set up two large banners, a singer with piano player, a full catering table with drinks food ets, a sining table to sign the books, and even a small area for us to create a "pay station" where people could buy the books. On top of that there was still room for three large round tables that seated about 10 people each. These were decorated with black table cloths and gold chairs, which Miss Laura provided. People were excited about the space when they first heard about it and people are STILL buzzing and talking about the space even after the event. What truly added to the overall space and experience of the event was the owner, Miss Laura herself. She was beyond helpful, detail oriented, and thorough even from the day of the booking. She helped in setting up the tables and chairs herself, and even provided speakers and a mic for us to use for the event. We could not have asked for a more gracious and phenomenal host. Miss Laura and the gallery space was truly a blessing and we would absolutely have another event there in the future. This space was the perfect blend of classy, modern, and artistic. Extremely well priced for that you are getting with the space!

Absolutely beautiful space! Laura is the best and is dedicated to making sure your event goes as smoothly as possible. All of my guests fell in love with the event space and the whole really complimented the vibe that we were going for. I sincerely admire the amazing work that she is doing for the community. From time of booking through completion of event, Laura was a most attentive and helpful host, invested in assuring that my birthday celebration was a memorable one. The space is more beautiful than advertised (and I lucked out in that art installations were hanging in the gallery during my event). We rented the beautiful gallery on May 11 to host a mermaid themed bridal shower and everything turned out to be more than we expected! From the very beginning, Laura has been very helpful and quickly responded to all of my inquiries from booking up until the end of our event. On the day of, she and her team were super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed from tables, chairs, linens, and table runners. We were also allowed to decorate the space to make it a more personal and magical event. Even without the decor, the gallery looked amazing with it's beautiful artwork.
