This expansive deck is complete with a few tables, chairs, an outdoor grill & full bathroom. *Feel free to use any/all outlets for LEDs, Fluorescents and low-powered (under 1K) Tungsten units. Higher usage lighting must be discussed and will incur additional charges, based on wattage, unless previously authorized. *Productions can arrange/remove/bring in furniture, for a set design dream! Specific accommodations will be made, only after booking is received/paid. *Wall color changes are available, for an additional fee of $900/terrace &/or $900/studio space & must be painted back.
