About the Space
Set on 2 beautiful acres in Los Gatos very close to town. The whole property is available to rent for film production and photography work. Unfortunately it is not available for events due to the location being in residential area. One of the buildings on the property is a gorgeous 2,500 square feet of remodeled Barn, turned into a two bedroom guesthouse and large entertaining space with a theatre. Huge open floorplan with high ceilings and open rafter ceilings with lots of natural light. Upmarket but with lots of recycled and rustic features including a vintage style workout gym, full bathroom and entertaining style kitchen. The other building is the main house which is a gorgeous remodeled modern farmhouse style with large open rooms and lots of natural light. The two acre property also includes its own half football/soccer field, a half basketball court and gorgeous swimming pool area with outdoor pool cabana and bathroom.

Not only was the location amazing, but the host was so on top of making sure that every need was met. I had to book from out of state, she took so much time to make sure that we had everything we needed, that the place looked incredible and was set up just in a fashion that was conducive to our group workshop. I can not imagine using anyone else! This was so perfect and wonderful we will definitely be back!
