Are their any guest limitations for your venue due to covid? Number of guest and mask requirements? Also, is their a bar?

Phil is one of the best host. Super cooperative. Everything went smoothly. The location is even better looking than in pictures. I would definitely like to book this location again.
Maura A. booked a documentary interview shoot for 7 people
This team was incredibly hospitable. They were very amenable to turning things off for sound and finding circuit breakers for lights. They even got us coffee & waters, so sweet. Phil was our site rep and was very pleasant and professional and worked with us when we were running a bit behind. The building itself is a little loud - elevator is up against space and it's on a loud main street, so if in need of complete silence just be aware. Also don't advise parking on the main street as our car was broken into (typical SF though). Would definitely book again.
