This spacious, bright venue features its own private lobby, coat room and kitchen. It's ideal for launch parties, conferences, workshops and more. Purchase a beverage package for $9 per person per day and we will stock your kitchen with water coffee, soda, sparkling water and light snacks. Our staff is on site to ensure a seamless experience. Venue is available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. We're located on Michigan Avenue just north of the river with easy access to Red and Blue Line CTA stops as well as multiple bus routes. Some of our additional services include: - Projector/Monitor/TV rental - Beverage Service: unlimited coffee, water, tea, sparkling water, soda and light snacks - Catering - Phone rental - Breakout spaces - Black & white or color printing - Administrative services - Fax, mail and e-mail service Before your event, we ask that you provide a list of attendees and any additional requests. The space is bright, lots of room, and can be used a few different ways. It was easy to book a tour. The host was very responsive.

While initial contact was good -- on the day of the shoot no one was present at the venue to let in the crew and despite numerous outreach attempts via peerspace, email, and phone, we were not able to reach anyone. We lost an hour from our booked time. The host has also gone radio silent when asking for a refund of that hour. Unfortunately, would not recommend this location to other productions.

A nice meeting room with modern feel and convenient foyer area with coat room. The staff was attentive and responsive to last minute needs. Some hiccups with the AV and would have been nice to get into space the evening before to finalize setup, but otherwise was a very nice space.

The conference room was everything we needed! The A/V worked great, having the coat closet was so nice since we had a good amount of ppl travel in and everyone there was super helpful! They helped us order lunch and breakfast and were available whenever I had any questions. I will book this space again for future meetings.
