Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This charming traditional home has been tastefully and beautifully reimagined with a modern style and design. Great spot for filming or photoshoot. It's very easy to decorate according to your needs for your shootings. We have a living room(12'1*17'6), an open dinning area(8'6*11'5), a kitchen(12'9*8'1), an office(9'8*11'), a master bedroom(13'2*10'2), a master bathroom and a spacious secluded backyard available for filming. Conveniently located close to the 210 Freeway with easy access to Pasadena, La Canada, and DTLA. We are in a safe, quite, east to park neighborhood. We are allowing people of all ages with proper consent.
