- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Our professionally designed 886 sq. foot DTLA Loft is great for smaller scale photo shoots with the space accommodating a maximum of 8 people. It's a completely open floor plan with 5 large windows allowing for great natural light all day long. The floors and ceilings are concrete with the highlight of the space being a custom 10' x 10' bookshelf that fills the whole living room wall.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Gabrielle has a very beautiful location, but she is extremely hard to get in contact with. If you are searching for a host that communicates/ responds, she is not the host for you. Several people from our team reached out trying to get a response & even after she accepted our payment, we got no response for weeks on end. Honestly this was the worst form of communication that we’ve experienced thus far on Peerspace. I wouldn’t recommend the space because of it and also, the parking downtown is horrible and you literally will spend an hr trying to find a street that isn’t closed trying to access her building. We were on edge 24/7! Not a good experience
