About the Space
1600 Sq. foot, floor-through loft with 16 foot ceilings in a historic firehouse; incredible Southern-facing light, giant fully-equipped kitchen. Perfect for food photo shoots, photo shoots in general - includes a changing/make-up room - or as a staging space for a neighborhood shoot. Mixed boho decorations with folk art and plants throughout. Fully furnished, but can also be emptied with notice. Production Amenities: Large dining room table, desk with monitor, projector, hifi wireless sound system, high speed wifi throughout. There are two bedrooms in the space, I can make either available on request - please include this detail. If you are flying in talent, the bedrooms can be rented.

What an awesome host Paul was. Dealing with fellow humans can. Be a hit or miss you never know what to expect. The space was exactly as advertised clean warm and full of zen. I would recommend this space to any one of my friends and fellow creators who are looking for a space with great lighting location and zen.

Paul's space is fantastic. A warm home environment with lots of space, high ceilings, tasteful design with lots of great records to spin. We filmed an interview for a documentary and made use of the very nice natural light. The cozy environment and little touches of hospitality that Paul provided -cucumber water, coffee, etc. - made our subject feel comfortable and set the foundation for a good interview. Thanks Paul!
