Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was incredibly convenient and well appointed, and had great natural light. The only issue was that there was some construction happening in the lobby area that made noise that disturbed our meeting for about 20 minutes. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

The space was beautiful and the host Sky was super nice and accommodating. I was overall super happy with the experience and felt very comfortable with asking the staff for what we needed (which was a lot!). The rooms are beautifully designed and the AV was just what we needed. There were only a couple small issues: we were told we could move into a larger room for lunch, however when that time came, the room was not ready for us which confused my guests quite a bit. Some went in to try to put their things down and were told by the cleaning staff that they were not allowed in yet (I understand she is probably told to finish cleaning before letting anyone in, but I feel there could have been better communication between the staff about our need to transition to a larger room). This left my guests standing in the hallway with their lunch in hand unsure of what room they were supposed to be in. Thankfully Sky quickly opened up another smaller room for us to give our guests a different space to eat, which I really appreciated. The only other thing that was a negative for me was the small coffee machines. I feel my guests were frustrated that they could only make espresso 1 cup at a time. Maybe I misread this in the description, but I was expecting the coffee to be more convenient. Not really a huge problem, just that if I had known it was a nespresso, I would have brought in outside coffee to make it easier for guests. Overall we really enjoyed our time in the space and I would book again! Thank you all for your help.
