We are a unique Boba & Neighborhood Event Community located in Korean Town, Santa Clara. We are a rarely spacious Boba Store designed for group activity to connect the community. The whole store is 1500 sqft with 1 open kitchen/bar area, 1 back kitchen and 2 unisex restrooms. The store front for customers is about 700-800 sqft. Our color theme is natural wood, white and yellow to provide a bright and light mood of happiness, combining with authentic Teaism and Zen designs. We have hosted variety of events from 10 to 50 people. Our daily operation seating capacity is 20-30 people and during special events, we can add chairs to 30-40 people. Our maximum occupancy capacity is 50 people. We provide variety of entertainment equipment, including a large projector, Nintendo switch with Mario Cart game, Lego Wall, a large sofa and living room area, ping pong set, small basket ball game, big white board for meeting, free WiFi, etc. Our space is great for any parties, meetings, team building and workshops. Because of our event experience, we can offer additional event service package including mochi making class, bath bomb/soap making class, henna event, and music performance. We also provide balloon design services. We serve the boba tea drinks with variety of snacks, including ice cream mochi, popcorn chicken and desserts. We select our tea bases from 100+ trials, mix in our ratio, and hand brew freshly on spot. We are kids and family friendly boba store. Besides normal whole milk, we have tons of non-diary milk so we do not use any fake powders. We only use fresh milk and other non-diary milk options. The decaf drinks options are also served for the kids or adults who cannot take caffeine. Guests are allowed to bring in outside vendor for food & beverage, as well as having the option to purchase our food and service. You may do your own decoration ahead of time. We do not allow alcohol for our venue and no attachment to our wall or furnitures. Thank you!

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Loved the space! So cute and home-y! All our guests were obsessed with it, too. My favorite part (aside from the amazing boba) was the fact that we could rearrange everything inside and make the space our own. Also, the host was so flexible and sweet. She made the experience easy. My only complaint is some things weren't prepared beforehand. Like, the floors were a bit dirty and there was clutter in the back. But honestly, it was a very small problem to have because everything else was perfect. Overall, great space, great host and GREAT boba.
