We've hosted all sorts of activities in the past and are certain our space is perfect for your next production. Tell us about your shoot and we'll do what we can to accommodate your needs.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cindi was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She helped me find the perfect space for my leadership team meeting and was flexible on cost & timing. Communication leading up to the event was seamless and Cindi's response time was very fast. Jeff (the homeowner) was a wonderful and super accommodating host on-site as well. The house is beautiful with a great mix of indoor and outdoor seating options to make sure our 2 day event never felt stale. I would definitely book this spot again!

Well I don't know what was better the property agent Cindy or the home being the perfect clean designed out home with opening doors. Our photoshoot went great. I hope you don't use this place as to not copy the shots but I cant help but say this was a 5 star experience in every way.

Beautiful home in convenient location. We booked the Alabaster House for a team meeting where we needed to be outdoors as much as possible for Covid safety. The house has large sliding doors that open up the whole back of the house which made it perfect for us to easily go in and out and have a generous air flow. There were several comfortable seating areas both inside and outside. The owner was very responsive the one time we had a question. I would consider booking again for a similar type of event.
