CLASS ROOM: 500 sf, serves 2~50 people. 100 Higgins O’Hare Meeting Room is located at I-90's Canfield highway exit, it is only 4 miles east of O'Hare airport and 12 miles west of downtown Chicago. Our CLASSROOM offers 500 SF including 2 windows for fresh air. This newly renovated CLASS ROOM offers: - 32 chairs (they can be moved to another room if needs a clean open space) - instructor table and chair - 30 additional folding chairs available in storage closet. - ten 4’ x 2’ folding tables available in storage closet. - projector screen with remote control - a wall (4’ by 20’) of white board with markers - pin boards - food & beverages are allowed - Men’s and Women’s Restroom on 2nd floor - high-speed WIFI internet - two windows for fresh air AV EQUIPMENT: Group may bring their own AV equipment and use our projector screen for free. We offer no guarantee on compatibility of outside equipment. Group is responsible for arranging rental of equipment, set-up and dismantling. You can rent our projector or 65” TV for additional $20 fee per meeting. KITCHEN: Kitchen has plenty of granite counter space, sink, microwave, and refrigerator. It is connected to the Boardroom. You can reserve our kitchen for additional $20 fee per meeting. SNACKS & DRINKS: Our vending machine is located on the same floor right outside of our Boardroom. It offers 20+ kinds of healthy snacks, chilled drinks, coffee and tea for $1~$2 per item. BATHROOMS: Please be advised that this BOARDROOM is located on the Lower Level (basement). Currently, bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building and no elevator is available. PARKING: Parking is free: there are 18 parking spaces for the building and about 50+ street parking spots within one block walk. PREVIEW: You’re welcome to check it out for yourself ahead of time and plan your event ahead of time! You may visit any time as long as the space isn't being used for another event. Just let us know the exact date and time you’d like to come by. Pros: The location had plenty of space. The ease of access into the room itself was sufficient and the procedures were detailed perfectly. The price was reasonable and it was easy to find. Cons: The building door was supposed to be open 15 minutes ahead of time and was supposed to remain open until our reservation was complete. It was not. I had to call but received no answer. I was not able to get in until a minute prior to my reservation. I rented a room in the lower level and I did not think I had to have someone police the door. 30 minutes into the class, I received a message that people had been outside locked out for that duration. Secondly, I was told that there would be 30 chairs in the room and there were extra tables and chairs under the stairs. There were only locked rooms. I could not find access to any room containing tables and chairs and there were not 30 chairs previously set up.

Honestly, I don't want to give a review because I want to keep this place to myself, but then again I know that reviews will help Alix. I rented the classroom and it was: -A simple process -Clean -Stocked with all supplies Plus, Alix was available and responded in quick time. Although it was stated she'd provide the door code 4hrs before my reservation time she didn't, but I reached out to her and received it right away. There was another review that stated the same, so just in case be prepared to have to reach out to her. Cleanliness - 5 Prompt Reply - 5 Location - 5 Quiet/Seclusion - 5 Great job, Alix.

Room booked for 7:30am until 5:00pm both days. Door was locked at 7:30am. Calls were declined. Text messages were eventually answered. Was not let in until 7:47am. No TV in room. Texted manager. We were eventually directed to where TV was at 8:37. Several of the tables were broken and collapsed. Had reserved, and paid for, AV for two full days. Manager demanded that TV be moved out at 4:00pm on first day. Had to end class early. Never again. Bathroom 2 stories up.
