The is the perfect local retreat space for small groups (6-20+) to work, relax, re-charge, engage in visioning/strategic planning events. Also, perfect for a yoga or spiritual retreat - due to the pastoral location. Within minutes of the historic Town of Clifton, Virginia. Ideal team building off-site location. Huge outdoor area for activities. - Main TV in the media room - 3 Restrooms - Plenty of Free Driveway Parking - Outside Food & Beverage Allowed - Quiet & Private Location The Great Room comfortably seats 12+. Media space is available as is outdoor meeting space. The trails and grounds lend themselves to walking or group activities. The owner/proprietor is also a seasoned Executive Coach, Facilitator/Provocateur, and Leadership consultant - available to work with you.

Food is a must for a successful retreat & we have relationships with local caterers who can provide same, or snacks/beverages may be included. Alcohol is fine, except for red wine. 'Sorry, no pets, please. A family member has severe allergies. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Yes, I would book again.

Lynne was fantastic! I cannot say that enough. We had two long days of shooting a video series within her property and she could not have been more accommodating. The home is fantastic and makes for a great location. 10/10
