About the Space

A stunning modern and architecturally significant space perfect for anything from strategic offsites to personal growth retreats. This unique venue is sophisticated and comfortable. The natural light throughout is a trademark of the “inside out” Frank Lloyd Wright influenced architecture which inspires both vibrant creativity and contemplation. Open plan kitchen with counter seating is perfect for cooking demonstrations. Catering providers love it for creating amazing menus. A reclaimed barn plank table seats 12 and there are two living room areas, and a big office that works beautifully as a break-out room, providing many flexible seating options. Spacious atrium and surrounding outdoor gardens create additional natural gathering spots with soothing fountains and a new 3-hole putting green with area for (whiffle ball) chipping challenges. Fully equipped for electronic presentations, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. This space easily accommodates up to 15- 20 guests for meetings and up to 35 for receptions, demonstrations, retreats and parties. The central Peninsula location off of El Camino Real is equidistant between HWYs 101 and 280. This space is easily accessible and there is ample, free and safe on-street parking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disposable gloves

Amy was quick to respond right from the start and answered questions I had on several different occasions leading up to and during our shoot. She couldn’t have been more accommodating or responsive! The home is beautiful and very quiet - so it’s great for video shoots. Will be using again!

The space was absolutely great. My team as able to bring in extra equipment like flat screen TV's for presentations as well as white boards. Amy & Emerick were really accommodating and responsive. Definitely keeping them on my list when conducting another offsite event.

This space was exactly what we needed for our video shoot. The space was well kept, comfortable and professional at the same time. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this space to others.

This studio is one of the best locations for portrait photography. There's a lot of natural light, the decor is mid-century modern, and the yard is amazing at sunset. I highly recommend renting this space for the aesthetic and working with Amy is amazing. She is a very accommodating host.
