About the Space
Located between the Arts District and Chinatown, this spacious 2800 square foot, multi-dimensional artist loft is ideal for photography, filming, production meetings, workshops, special events, launch parties, screenings, dinners, immersive experiences, or whatever you can dream up! We have a variety of set-up options including dining seating for up to 45 people. Most amenities are included in the hourly rate. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great location! Lots of natural lighting available but a big enough space if you want to bring in your strobes. Plenty of parking available as well. Host was very helpful before and during the shoot.

Absolutely loved this space, it's quite large and nicely spread out with lots of different looks to shoot in. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and communicated quickly. The parking makes it easy for crew, which is always a bonus. We'd definitely use this space again.

Everyone had a great time but unfortunately, there were a lot of unexpected aspects that have led me to leave a less positive review. Under the Features, you mention a full kitchen, but when I arrived I was told I didn’t pay for it. Under the Add-On section, you didn’t list that this would be extra and instead is mentioned later in the Rules which wasn’t obvious. When we got there we were asked to not use the baby grand and we weren’t able to get behind the bar because it was being used as storage. We also didn’t have access to the second bathroom that you have listed in the features. There are a lot more stairs than you have pictured which I think would be wise to mention. The vibe of the space was excellent and the hosts were kind and helpful as we approached our event. I think it would be a great spot for a photoshoot or smaller party but for the planners of our party it ended up not being ideal.

Great space for events with a guest count of 30-40. Super clean and aesthetically pleasing. The purple lighting in the bedroom was a hit for photo taking. Would definitely love to book again for photo shoot purposes next time... Mark and Maiara were also very accommodating! Whatever I needed assistance with was always addressed with care. Thanks for the amazing stay :-)
