Perfect for intimate gatherings, meetings, conferences, photo/videoshoots, and more. SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TIMES MOST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING TIME ***ALCHOHOL IS PROHIBITED. SMOKING PROHIBITED*** CHARGES INCURRED FOR VIOLATIONS AND PARTY SHUT DOWN. TIMES TYPICALLY AVAILABLE TO RENT: MONDAYS-SUNDAYS, MORNINGS & EVENINGS AVAILABLE Approx. 1500 sq. feet. We have 7 x 6ft rectangle tables and chairs on-site. Located on second floor. Used a dance studio during weekday evenings and weekends so mirrors are on one side of wall. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
