About the Space
Perfect for intimate gatherings, meetings, conferences, photo/videoshoots, and more. SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TIMES MOST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING TIME ***ALCHOHOL IS PROHIBITED. SMOKING PROHIBITED*** CHARGES INCURRED FOR VIOLATIONS AND PARTY SHUT DOWN. TIMES TYPICALLY AVAILABLE TO RENT: MONDAYS-SUNDAYS, MORNINGS & EVENINGS AVAILABLE Approx. 1500 sq. feet. We have 7 x 6ft rectangle tables and chairs on-site. Located on second floor. Used a dance studio during weekday evenings and weekends so mirrors are on one side of wall. State of the art sound system with AUX/Bluetooth available for laptops, mobile devices, ipads, etc. Heating/conditioning

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Jessica was a great host easy to communicate with, she provided us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and would most definitely book again.

I had an amazing experience at this event space! It was incredibly spacious and matched the photos perfectly, which made it even more impressive in person. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the space was well-organized and ready for use. Jessica was fantastic to work with—she communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire process, making everything run smoothly. I would absolutely book this venue again for future events!

Event space is as pictured. Jessica was polite and down to earth. The rules seemed like a lot but were very simple. I would book again.
