Perfect for gatherings, meetings, conferences, photo/videoshoots, and more. THIS RATE IS FOR ANYONE WHO WILL NOT BE BRINGING IN FOOD OR BEVERAGES (BESIDES WATER) AND ANYONE WHO REQUIRES SPACE WITH MINIMAL POST-CLEAN UP. TIMES TYPICALLY AVAILABLE TO RENT: MONDAYS-SUNDAYS, MORNINGS & EVENINGS AVAILABLE Approx. 1500 sq. feet. Capacity normally for 117 guests comfortably with tables and chairs. Located on second floor. Used a dance studio during weekday evenings and weekends so mirrors are on one side of wall. State of the art sound system with AUX available for laptops, mobile devices, ipads, etc. Heating/conditioning We offer 6 rectangle tables for use.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I was struggling to find the perfect venue to host a rehearsal that I assumed was gonna take pretty long. We ended up getting done quicker than expected. Regardless, the place is very clean and open and the host is very communicative!

We book this space last min as our previous space canceled on us 5 days before the party. This place was clean, spacious, provided tables, chairs & garbage bags. Jessica was a great host easy to communicate with, she provided us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and would most definitely book again.

Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the space was well-organized and ready for use. Jessica was fantastic to work with—she communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire process, making everything run smoothly. I would absolutely book this venue again for future events!

Event space is as pictured. Jessica was polite and down to earth. The rules seemed like a lot but were very simple. I would book again.
