THIS RATE IS FOR ANYONE WHO WILL NOT BE BRINGING IN FOOD OR BEVERAGES (BESIDES WATER) AND ANYONE WHO REQUIRES SPACE WITH MINIMAL POST-CLEAN UP. TIMES TYPICALLY AVAILABLE TO RENT: MONDAYS-SUNDAYS, MORNINGS & EVENINGS AVAILABLE Approx. 1500 sq. feet. Capacity normally for 117 guests comfortably with tables and chairs. Located on second floor. Used a dance studio during weekday evenings and weekends so mirrors are on one side of wall. State of the art sound system with AUX available for laptops, mobile devices, ipads, etc. Heating/conditioning We offer 6 rectangle tables for use.
