All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space is available for use for all events and features an urban greenery ourdoor easement, bow truss ceiling with a mid century modern vibe. The space is approx. 8,500sqft. Our space can accommodate 400 people, has a built in bar area with lounges, x2 offices, bathrooms and an outdoor terrace thats 2,125sqft in size (separate from the main footage!) We offer an easy back load in for the main space and features on street parking out the front. We offer longer rental periods for events that run over the course of a few weeks and will be more then happy to discuss appropriate discounts for longer running events. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Had a fantastic experience with the East Angel. Gorgeous venue, very hip, and easy breezy! I do a lot of larger events at different venues - this is now a favorite. Highly recommend! Ps, theres a brewery right in the same parking lot and another across the street - great for after event drinks :). If I ever return to LA for an event, I will 100% choose this venue again.

Yes, I would book again.

We would 100% recommend this venue for future branded events. We hosted an event for an international airline, and everyone was thrilled with the space . The host was SUPER accommodating. They were very responsive over the platform and then even over text and phone calls. They were flexible with our needs and very helpful in connecting us with resources in the area. The space was phenomenal - and the furnishings that came along with it are amazing! High quality tables, couches, chairs, mirrors, lighting, decor - they had everything.
