About the Space
Open living space characterized by high ceilings and southwest exposure that allows for beautiful natural light throughout the day. Freshly painted white walls throughout. The condo is lightly furnished with a mix of West Elm and vintage pieces, creating an airy, contemporary space with character. It is a blank canvas that can be stylized and arranged to accommodate your needs. Excellent for photo and video shoots. Comfortable seats 10-15 people, or 30 standing. Kitchen, dining area, and sitting room – all flexible and easily reconfigured. Large blank white wall can serve as photo backdrop. Large master bedroom, and guest bedroom. Unfinished roof deck with gorgeous panoramic city views. Easy access to Division blue line, Division + Chicago bus lines, and lots of free parking surrounding the building.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I booked Catherine’s space for my short film, ‘Dare To Love’. The photos don’t do the place justice with her amazing style, colorful decorum and intricate details from the front door to the fireplace. It felt like home to us and best of all it looked like home on the screen. Catherine was most accommodating and went above and beyond to help my cast and crew have a successful day during a crazy Chicago blizzard. I’m grateful and would highly recommend this space again and again.
