Get to Uptown in the blink of an Uber ride, no traffic involved! We provide essential amenities for up to 25 guests and extras incl. gas grill, fire pit, heated marble floors and fenced backyard! The space: This amenity-laden oasis, just a short ride from the excitement of Uptown Charlotte, awaits you! Close to the Spectrum Arena, the Charlotte Convention Center, The Music Factory and Bank of America Stadium. On the main floor, entertain in style, get cozy in front of our remote controlled gas fireplace, prepare meals in our super stocked kitchen with gas stove and in-drawer microwave and serve your family or guests in the dining area with seating for six and counter seating for four. The 55" Smart TV for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc., Home Music System, Blu-Ray DVD player and assorted board and card games ensure hours of entertainment. Or, if you prefer, head to the deck and test your grill skills. Our wonderful climate makes this an option all year round! There's seating for six, as well as a park bench overlooking the large backyard and fire pit for those chilly evenings. Enjoy a refreshing beverage while taking in the neighborhood from our front porch bistro set or rock the time away on our awesome porch swing. **NOTE**Use of the porch swing is highly encouraged! Meanwhile, let your furry friends out to safely explore the fully fenced backyard. Find their complementary food and water bowls and a pet bed conveniently located in the nook. The bathroom on the main floor brings boasts a walk-in spa like shower as well as amazing scenery and offers easy access to the main floor bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, heated tile floors, walk-in closets, Smart TVs and DVD-Blu Ray players. Unpack with plenty of space, enjoy maximum privacy and warm floors. The master suite is equipped with a separate seating area and if you prefer to watch TV in bed, simply rotate the TV on its fully rotating arm, lay back and enjoy. ...and finally, for the perfect start to or end of your day...try our Zen den.
