- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Experience was alright, especially for the price. Had issues getting in via the front door as the instructions didn't match the lock/door situation, but Trevor was very responsive and helped get us in the building. Area was a bit untidy upon arrival, cans/bags/dog bed & bowl/books sitting out in various areas. Folks who rented out the basement space were VERY loud, so be prepared for that if you're sharing a booking time. Overall, location was super convenient and space was fun/funky but 'meh' on price and cleanliness.

Catrya was a kind, gracious host who came to the space on a Saturday when our team had trouble accessing the space (the door transitions from locked to unlocked back to locked very quickly). The space was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our team meeting. Would definitely book again.

Really conveniently located space with lots of natural light. Great for smaller groups. There was a lot of noise coming through from the rest of the building at times, but otherwise perfect space.
