About the Space

Overlooking Brooklyn Bridge Park with sweeping views from Statue of Liberty to downtown Manhattan. Soaring ceilings and sun splashed living area ideal for off-site meetings and dinners. 1000 sf on main floor of apartment, featuring open plan chef's kitchen with two ovens, dining seating for 8-10, comfortable boho chic living room with fireplace. Situated between Piers 5 and 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park, ideal for a breakout walk outside. Additional 300sf private outdoor space available upon request for additional fee. Open space with powder room on main floor, additional full bath downstairs. Elevator and stairs access. Accommodates 20-25 standing, 8-10 for seated dining, 15-20 for cocktail gathering seating. We can provide light catering--hors d'oeuvres, buffet breakfast or lunch, including gluten-free and vegan options. Custom menu planning available, $30pp and up.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Erica was so easy to work with and super accommodating. She was available to help us with the fireplace and anything else we asked. Her home was so beautiful and dynamic in the shots we were able to get. She was really flexible in letting us move things around like the blue painting in the living room. The location is also easy to access with bell carts and an elevator.
