This grand, spacious and modern home is perfect for a swanky dinner party, chic photo shoot, or art gallery. The modern kitchen is perfect for a cooking demo. The dining room and living room flow effortlessly into the kitchen, the rooms are large, with ample space for guests. Upstairs has several bedrooms, with a great master bathroom and second jack and Jill bathroom, where guests can change. Downstairs has a wet bar, and additional bedrooms for more gathering with friends. Outside has a patio, with seating available, as well as a grill and smoker, perfect for an outside barbecue. This home is excellent for a small intimate wedding, or a prom send off. Dishes and cooking utensils available upon request.
No smoking AT ALL inside of the home, a fine of $500 will be assessed No pets allowed Parties outside must end at 10:30pm, no exceptions Noise outside MUST be kept to a minimal. Your set-up and clean up should be done within the rental time Extra fees applied when staying past booked time Furniture can be moved by the host upon request Cleanup and return the space to original state Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
