Our space is open to sharing space with profit or non-profit businesses, social organizations, groups and individuals. We are located in a 2 story building with free parking and lighted parking lot. This space is on the lower level and is accessible from outside via walkway/ramp in back of building. We can accommodate - meeting space, conference, workshops, seminars, real estate groups, family dinners, yoga or martial arts class, awards celebrations, card parties, arts and crafts, book club, girls night out, poker club, meetups, line dance class, open mike, game nights, fundraising and more.... We can comfortably fit 30-35 people seated classroom style with tables OR 40-50 individuals seated. Tables and chairs are included at no additional cost. An area at front of room is designated for instructor, guest speaker, facilitator which includes table, chair(s), projector, AV, whiteboard and guest WIFI access. Other conference and audio/visuals aids available upon request. A nook near front of the room is a great place to setup other materials - i.e. books, printers, tables for plates, cups, serving dishes, etc. A unisex bathroom is located in the space. In the back of the room, near the entry way there is space to put a registration desk, sign-in book, table with refreshments, water and/or coffee. Our state of the art technology includes: WIFI, projector, whiteboard, standing lecterns, easel, wireless microphone and Audio Visual systems. NOTE: Instructor must have HDMI ports on their equipment to take full advantage of our state of the arts system. HOUSE RULES: *Rental of meeting room will be on a first come, first served basis - subject to availability. *Meetings may not be scheduled more than 5 months in advance. *Our building and meeting room is for business related purposes only. Some personal events maybe scheduled for the meeting room. *No weapons - guns, tazers, knifes, mace etc - allowed inside facility. *The Meeting rooms are set up with tables and chairs. Should Renters require a different set-up, the renting party will be responsible for the rental of additional chairs or tables as required from a current preferred vendor. The Guests will be responsible for the removal of the rented equipment and the return of the room to its normal condition. *Guest are responsible for any damage to the facilities and/or contents and fixtures. All damage must be reported to our staff immediately. Guest will be expected to cover all repairs and replacement cost of any damage to the facility itself and or the contents of such. *The Room(s) must be left in proper order, with all paper, trash, cups, etc. disposed of in trash receptacles at the conclusion of the event. Waste cans should be emptied in the dumpster at front of building. The Guest must clean-up and leave all chairs pushed up neatly to tables or stacked against side of the wall in the facility before leaving event. *If the Guest would like additional food and beverages to be delivered, Guest must let the staff know who the vendors will be in advance of the event. Guests may bring soft drinks and other light foods. *Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in the building at any time, for any reason, or within 30 feet of the building. *For after hour and/or overtime meetings, additional charges apply. The Guest will be provided with a staff person who will insure that the lights are turned off and the building is secure. *The meeting room shall not be used for any fraudulent or illegal purpose. *Functions held at or after 5pm may require security to be scheduled by staff. The cost of security is extra and is not included in the rental fee. The Renter should arrive before 5:00PM and ensure familiarity with any equipment needed. *Please do not use items such as bricks, trash cans, or anything to prop open emergency door exit. *No materials may be affixed or stuck to any walls in the facility for any reason. If renter makes any damages to the facility, they will be charged for all repair/cleaning at the time of the event. * No pets at any time. * No children under 18 allowed after 4pm. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times when present.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
