Communication back to the real world Faxes – If you need to use or receive a fax at the ranch, we facilitate an office area to use during your stay. Phones – There phones in the both main house accommodations. The guest phone is located in the guest house. Depending on your service carrier there are spots on the ranch where you can get cell service, but it is spotty. Remember, you’re on vacation, enjoy it! Internet – We do have wireless internet access in the main house if you bring your laptop. Fed Ex/UPS – If you would like to send something to the ranch prior to your arrival, just put your name on the box and we will have it waiting for you when you get here. Make sure to send it only via Fed Ex or UPS. Laundry Our wonderful housekeepers will turn your sheets. In the main unit we have industrial washers and dryers for you to use as needed. The guest house is equipped with a standard washer and dryer. What is the attire and what should I pack? We may call ourselves a luxury ranch, but we’re very casual when it comes to attire. It’s your ranch, you can dress how you like. Do you have an age minimum? We do not have an age minimum. If your kids aren’t happy, you’re not happy, so we put a lot of effort, thought and resources into making their stay extra special. Pet Policy As much as we love animals, we cannot allow pets to come stay at the ranch. We have several here who don’t like to share their home but do love to have your attention when you are here! Fireworks Policy No fireworks. We don’t want our ranch to burn down. Food and Alcohol Policy We do not have in-house catering. You are welcome to bring in any caterer you wish, however, we do require that all caterers are insured + complete an on-site walk through with a member of our staff. Our alcohol policy is BYOB. Capacity Maximum occupancy is 80 for day use and 25 Overnight Live Music Policy You can have live music up until 10:00 PM CST. Sound and Audio Our Ranch is fully wired for sound inside the main and guest house. Any external audio speakers can be brought and connected by you. Décor Policy Yes, can customize the ranch to your heart’s content provided that you don’t damage any existing decor in the process. Whatever you put up must come back down. Security Policy If you feel you need added security for your event let us know and we can get you in contact with a man in blue from the local Spicewood Sheriff's Office.
