This modern loft is the perfect location for your next photoshoot or audiovisual production. With its high ceilings and large windows, the space is filled with natural light, creating the perfect setting for any project. The minimalistic decor and open floor plan provide a blank kanvas for you to create your desired look. The space also includes a full kitchen, restroom, and a variety of furniture that can be used to set the scene. The loft is located in a convenient and easily accessible area and has a freight elevator for easy load-in and load-out. Whether you're a professional photographer, filmmaker, or just looking for a unique space for your next project, this loft is sure to inspire creativity and deliver the perfect backdrop for your next project. The studio has space enough to become a photography/general production studio. We’ve also done some work with live sessions (interviews, music acoustic sessions, and tutorials). Our loft is the perfect space to become inspired and have your creativity come forward. Smoking its not allowed Only the crew would be admitted Clean after shooting No loud music No drinking alcohol OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Clean fee is $30, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
