About the Space

This is a beautiful and modern loft located in the heart of downtown area in Miami where you can almost do whatever project you want to create; from short films till music videos, including photoshoots, YouTube tutorials, conferences and much more. And if you are looking for a permanent place to produce a podcast, just give us a call and let's talk. ByKanvas Loft has space enough to become into a photo studio production if you need. Aside that, we have done some work done in the studio with live session (interviews, music acoustic sessions and tutorials). Our loft it's a perfect place to be creative and inspired with the Miami sunset view, it counts with two big balconies (front and back) where you can appreciate the beauty of the beach and also, the buildings architecture and lightings. One kitchen industrial design, one open space with high ceiling and half bathroom are parts of downstairs, there is another big bathroom for the room area, which may be use for anything you need. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $50, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
