All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We are offering a 1200 sq ft space available for photoshoots, recording, video production and whatever you see fit. There is a 100 sq ft office for changing room, staging or craft services. A 15 x 13 foot wall is built for rock climbing, whether or not you need it its there to get a break from any early morning or late night operations. Located within a mile of the 101 fwy with many local shops and restaurants near by. Hosts a 75 person party comfortably. The location also has 3 parking spaces out front which can also be used for outdoor seating and accommodation after normal business hours.

General Rules

Please be mindful of the space and do not damage property. Smoking is permitted only outside. We love dogs, cats, snakes or whatever exotic animals you want to bring by. The roll up door is only 10' in height so maybe leave the giraffe at home.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
