About the Space
The perfect training facility for next photoshoot. We are 7400 sqft with: 5 treadmills 5 Versa Climbers 5 Row machines 5 Heavy Bags, 2 Speed Bikes 1 GHD 1 Stair master 1 MMA Cage Olympic Rings 3 Prowlers Battle Ropes Turf field Soft & hard boxes Full weight room which includes: 5 Free Standing Squat racks 1 Smith Machine 4 Throwdown training stations that include: slam balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, matadors, landmine stations and all is adjustable Machines: Lat pulldown Seat Row Chest Press Leg extension Leg Curl Standing glute extension Leg press We have just about everything. Location is central to Orange County with easy access off all major freeways. Inside the gym itself we have perfect skylights to help with amazing organic lighting. We also have showers and towels if needed.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
