I have organized many offsite meetings using different vendors, hosts and rental spaces for small to large groups. By far, Yazmin and her team exceeded my expectations. The view of the Peninsula, mountains, room layout, lighting, temperature was perfect. The kitchenette outside the conference room, bathroom in the lobby area (directly outside the conference room) and constant attention from Yazmin and her team is what made our offsite smooth! Our facilitator had last minute items that she needed for the group activity, and although it was not Yazmin's responsibility to have them available, she did everything she could to help. IT WAS PERFECT. The flexibility, understanding last minute requests do happen and constant clients from other companies were in and out of the lobby, Yazmin and her team were always readily available and not once turned us (or anyone) away. IT WAS PERFECT and delightful to have such impeccable customer service.
