All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
COVID-19 NOTE: With COVID right now, we are only allowing outdoor events. We could potentially allow an event inside our home, but we would be following COVID cleaning protocols - which means we would leave the house 24 hours before the event and wouldn't be able to return until 24 hours after (even with COVID testing). Also, we have to charge for this time as well. So even a 1 hour event ends up being 49 hours booked - and would end up costing over $5,000. We realize this is probably not realistic for most events looking to book the interior of the main house. But it is potentially an option. Main house has an open floor layout, and is decorated with a unique, trendy vibe -- perfect for photo shoots, commercials, or other film shoots. Main house is 1500 square feet. - 3 Restrooms - Bluetooth Speaker - 2 Parking Spaces - Free Street Parking - Living Room - Garden and spacious backyard. Unique guest house in the backyard is a 100 year-old tiny home refurbished for modern luxury. It offers a beautiful back drop for still or film shoots. Guest house is approx 300 square feet. We're open to explore how you'd like to use the space beyond what we've imagined and listed above. We want our home to be a resource in this way to community.

General Rules
-No outside pets without permission.
-No smoking.
-No pornography shoots.
-No content can be created in our house or an event held in the house that is a racist, homophobic, or sexist or include other hate speech and hate context.
-No loud music after 11pm.
-Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.
-Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
-All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is a flat rate of $50, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

Bradford was so accommodating, responsive and we appreciate how flexible he was when we needed to shift production a day due to weather. I am a video producer hailing from NYC, and we rented this space for a pretty involved video shoot. Bradford and Jess were incredible hosts. I was amazed at how kind they were even though we were running a very large camera rig in and out of their house all day! The outdoor space around the house is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. If you are looking for a beautiful home to film in Atlanta, I would highly recommend Bradford and Jess's place.
