All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Space located in downtown Brooklyn/Cobble Hill. Corner unit with large windows and expansive views towards the water and downtown Brooklyn with beautiful sunsets. One bedroom, one bathroom with open plan kitchen and living space. Flexible living room space with moveable furniture, kitchen area has open window with small bar nook that faces living room. Light warm-toned wood flooring, light sandstone tiled bathroom with neutral tones. Floor to ceiling bookshelf on one wall. Kitchen cabinets are light brushed metal with retro/mod look. Overall look/feel of furnishings leans towards mid-century modern. Security Deposit is required, $100 in cash or check that will be returned at end of booking.

This listing includes access to the entire apartment unit space. Bring all the food and drinks you want. There's typically space in the fridge/freezer if needed, message me if you're concerned. Pets welcome as well.
Please leave the place as tidy as you found it. Please be careful when moving furnishings as not to scratch the wood flooring.
Security Deposit is required, $100 in cash or check that will be returned at end of booking.

Yes, I would book again.
Ali’s apartment was a beautiful space for my product photography/campaign photos. Even on a rainy day, the apartment was full of natural lightning. I just wish the apartment was cleaned before arrival. I spent my own time wiping down surfaces. Overall, this was a nice space and the host was pleasant.

No, I would not book again.
Ali was great host but unfortunately the location wasn't very clean at all which made it difficult to shoot. Also, the space was darker than pictured in the photos. The bathroom was impossible to shoot in because of how dark it was. We spent a lot of time wiping dust from the areas that we were shooting. As great as Ali was as a host I would not book this location again.
