At Soar Creative Studios, our mission is to provide an inspiring space where artists/creatives of all types can innovate, collaborate, and inspire others. Please note the artistic, creative, and/or educational nature of your reservation when booking so we can help bring your vision to life. Wanting that artistic feel for your occasion but not sure where to start? Ask us about hiring one of our performers or instructors for your reservation! Warehouse: A blank canvas with a world of possibilities! 1800 sq ft unfinished warehouse space, part of 8200 sq ft beautifully finished artistic rehearsal, collaboration, and event space. Wide open space, two dock doors (one exterior, one interior) for easy loading and unloading of equipment and set pieces. Climate controlled for hot Texas summers! Convenient to I-35, Dallas North Tollway, and I-30. Our regular rate is $90/hr. We have a 20% NON-PEAK discount. The non-peak discount rates are available for any reservation Mon-Thurs ANYTIME (day or night), Fridays before 5pm and Sat & Sun before noon.* There will be a additional $25/hour charge for any event on a holiday. For parties over 80 guests, we require organizers to hire a valet or two parking lot attendants throughout the event (which we can assist with) and/or ask guests to carpool or Uber/Lyft. THE USE OF AMPLIFIED MUSIC REQUIRES RENTAL OF BOTH WAREHOUSE AND KITCHEN. AMPLIFICATION EQUIPMENT AND STAGE ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. *discount applies to room rate only and is not to be used with any other discount's
RulesGuests must sign liability waiver prior to participation in athletic or physical arts. Instructors/performers should provide proof of insurance when booking. No smoking, illicit substances, firearms, or open fire on premises. Noise should be kept at a reasonable level so as not to disturb neighbors. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I had my baby shower here and it went great. The venue was great, I had so many guests telling us how much they liked it. Not only is the venue nice but the staffing team was wonderful. Aaron from the very beginning was accommodating and very helpful. Keilon I didn’t meet until a later but he was great as well. Anything I needed was quickly taken care of by them. I will definitely use this venue again but I will definitely ask to have Aaron and Keilon staffing my event. They helped my baby shower go smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you guys!

This space was so nice! I hosted a baby shower in one of the smaller rooms and it was perfect for our party. The 2 employees(sorry, im terrible with names) were very helpful and super nice. They set-up all the tables and chairs as agreed but went above and beyond and helped unload our vehicles and hang decorations. Through out the shower they checked-in and made sure we were doing okay and met all of our needs. The only thing that was a downside was the aircondition. The room did get a little warm and we requested for the air to be turned on to a lower temperature setting and it was done so right away, but i think because the room was bigger it took a long time for it to actually start to feel cool. My family lived close by so we ended up making a run home to grab 2 fans to help the room circulate. Also, parking was a little weird. Everyone was pretty confused on where to park and if we were allowed to park in certain spots. Either than that this place is pretty awesome. I would give it overall a 4.5 out of 5.

Place was Great would book with them again. When we got there to check out the facility before there was no one there but we made our way throughout the premises and was astounded by the art work that it allowed us to not have to do much decorations for our event that was excellent.

Everything was WONDERFUL!!! Every person at soar creative was very helpful, and friendly... They wanted to make sure Everything was in place to accommodate our needs, A couple of the staff members reached out to me the morning of our event to make sure everything was in place for us, and I really appreciated that!
