About the Space
Paradise in Miami Florida, complete with canopy with lush greenery, waterfall and swimmable pond, tiki huts, fountain, gazebo, treehouse and antique home with fireplace. For rent hourly and weekly. From $100 per hour up to 6 hours and $1,000 per 8 hour day. The yard is half an acre with all-inclusive tropical scenery with beach area and fire pit, hammocks, lighting, and wifi throughout.

House usage is from 8am-9pm.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
